Shipping Live Plants

We ship live plants, not a pair of shoes and True Garden is not responsible for damages caused if you fail to collect them from your mailbox, the Post Office etc.  It is your responsibility to periodically track the package so that you can arrange for a timely pick up once it has been delivered.  True Garden is not responsible for damages caused because the shipping address is incorrect or the USPS does not deliver to it.  If a package is not delivered, or is returned to us due to an addressing error we will reship the order one time without cost to you at your request providing we are notified within one week of shipping.  No refunds will be provided regarding addressing errors after the order is initially shipped.
